Collecting skulls in Halo has been a key component of various Halo campaigns. These are hidden collectibles that also let the player modify the game. Halo Infinite carries on this tradition.
There are 12 skulls to collect in Halo Infinite’s campaign. Please note that some of these are missable due to missions not being able to be replayed, so make sure you collect them all! Here are the locations for all of Halo Infinite’s skulls. Make sure to use your scanner to locate them on your HUD.
Boom Skull - Missable
This skull is found in the first mission, Warship Gbraakon. Soon into the mission, you will reach a room with automated crates that rise into the ceiling. On the right side, you will notice that one is not functioning. Climb up to this point to find the Boom Skull.
Cowbell Skull - Missable
This skull is found in the mission Foundation. After acquiring Weapon, your AI companion, you will sit through a cutscene. Once you regain control, you will come to a room with some Grunts and Jackals. Kill these enemies and turn around. Look at the pillar closest to the door you entered this room through.
Use your scanner, and you will spot a skull way up in the rafters. Carefully make your way up there using the grapple.
Catch Skull
This skull is found in the open-world segment of Halo Infinite. It is located north of Outpost Tremonius. You will find a valley before reaching the canyon. Clear out the enemies there and grab the skull, which is located in a tree stump with marine helmets. A flying vehicle will make getting this skull easier.
Fog Skull
This skull can be found on the west of FOB Alpha on the western edge of Zeta Ring. It is in a small cave among a bunch of helmets. A vehicle will make getting this skull easier.
IWHBYD Skull
This skull is located on top of The Tower. A flying vehicle will make getting this skull much easier, but you can also climb up it using your grapple.
Famine Skull
This skull can be found on the eastern edge of Zeta Ring. Acquiring a flying vehicle will make getting this one significantly easier. It will be on the top of a tall peak between two structures and within the hands of a dead Elite.
Blind Skull
This skull can be found south of The Tower. You will want to grab a flying vehicle to make this easier. You can find a gap in between the landmasses. There is a secret cave on three hexagons where the skull can be found.
Thunderstorm Skull
This skull can be found near the Banished anti-air guns. Here you will spot a lone hexagon tower. The skull will be located on top of it. You will want to grab a flying vehicle to get this one.
Black Eye Skull
This skull can be found in the southern region of Zeta Ring. There you will find a waterfall near the edge of the ring. There is a small cave about halfway up the waterfall, this is where the skull is.
Mythic Skull - Missable
This skull can be found at The Command Spire level. Shortly into the mission, you will come to a room where large columns pass through lights. When they turn to the second time and become etched with Forerunner designs, grapple onto the column. There is an opening above with a door and ledge, grapple here next. Follow this path, and you will find the skull.
Grunt Birthday Skull - Missable
This skull can be found in the Repository mission. You will come to a room with a terminal in the center and light bridges. Grapple over to the platform to the right of the light bridge. Here you will find a power seed. Bring this power side to the platform on the other side of the room by throwing it across the gaps. Take this power seed into the room on that platform and place it in the device located there. Then proceed with the level as normal. Eventually, you will come to a room with columns leading up to a window. Grapple up here, kill the cloaked Elites and grab the skull.
Bandana Skull - Missable
This skull can be found in the Silent Auditorium mission. Eventually, you will come to a room where Sentinels appear, do not kill any of them. Carry on until you reach a room where two light bridges appear. Go across into the opposite room and grab the skull on the central pillar. This door will not open if you kill any Sentinels.
