The white star denotes a secret passageway. Climb the vines at this location to get the two Mokoko Seeds. The yellow star denotes a barricade that can be broken. It has a lot of health and will take about five to fifteen minutes if you are alone. Once it is broken, quickly run through and get the seeds.
The remaining Mokoko Seeds in Croconys Seashore are easy to find and get. Walking to each one will likely be what takes you the longest. Enjoy the sea with some seeds!
