Ameerah’s Big Brother exit came after she became the first casualty of the new Leftovers alliance. A shocked Ameerah found herself and Festie Bestie partner Terrance Higgins on the block. The duo served as replacement nominees following Michael Bruner and Brittany Hoopes’s veto win.
Ameerah believed she was still safe after some choice acting by the Leftovers. However, it was not to be, as she lost the vote 7-4, leading to her Big Brother exit. However, the most surprised person was Ameerah, who opened up about how she felt about everything in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
Ameerah ‘Shooked’ By Big Brother Exit
During the interview, Ameerah was asked if she was shocked after being put on the block at the Veto ceremony. In response, she admitted she was extremely shocked as she never saw it coming. The evicted housemate Ameerah Jones confessed that the events on Thursday night’s live eviction episode of Big Brother hurt her feelings.
Ameerah further said she was utterly shocked because she spoke to many people in the house. Hence, she thought the house agreed on the next few people to go on the block. She added:

Also, Ameerah was asked what her feelings were when she heard the 7-4 vote and that she was leaving. She said she thought she was safe but knew there was a potential for her Big Brother exit. Hence, she did not dress for the competition but to go and meet Julie.
Ameerah also noted that many conversations were going on that morning between people she usually didn’t see together. Believing everything should have been wrapped up, she wondered why they were whispering to each other. Ameerah said:
“And then at that point, and this is right before the ceremony, I was like, ‘I think they’re setting me up. I think that they’re gonna be sending me home.’ So that was kind of like my last minute spiel of like, I’m probably going home. So I was trying to mentally prepare myself for that, but I was still hoping that I was staying.”
Ameerah’s Potential Big Brother Winners
Ameerah explained that every housemate likes the duo but is also afraid of them, which makes them seem like physical threats.
There were many lessons from Thursday night’s live eviction episode of Big Brother. Now, Ameerah knows she should not be too trusting or take everything for granted. She got played and is now out of the house. However, Big Brother 24 viewers would watch on to see if her thoughts about Monte and Kyle come to fruition.
