Animal Crossing: New Horizons has launched update 1.11.0 on the Nintendo Switch, so here’s all that’s been changed and added with this patch. This update is less filled with fresh content for players, and more lays the groundwork for more content set to launch later this year. With things like seasonal events being updated, and new seasonal limited-time items in Nook Shopping, those who partake in these events should have a lot more to look forward to. Without further adieu, here’s everything new with Animal Crossing: New Horizons update 1.11.0!

Animal Crossing: New Horizons Update 1.11.0 Patch Notes

General Updates

  • Seasonal events have been updated.
  • The following content has also been added:
  • Additional limited-time seasonal items from Nook Shopping.

Fixed Issues

  • Adjustments and corrections were made to improve the gameplay experience.

Like said, this update really doesn’t leave a lot for players to expect. With this groundwork laid though, future events should prove a bit more interesting rather than just a simple rehash. Animal Crossing: New Horizons update 1.11.0 also brings a host of new adjustments and fixes so that things run a lot more smoothly. While Nintendo didn’t give us details on what said “adjustments and corrections” are, it’s safe to assume they were rather minor and should just ensure the performance is stable. That’s nothing to write home about but is a nice touch nonetheless.

General Updates

  • Additional limited-time seasonal items from Nook Shopping.

We’re currently in the dark as to what sort of content to expect next, but it’s safe to assume we’ll see a few more updates like today before that heap of content launches. We’ll be sure to keep you updated once those arrive, along with the major content update of course.

Animal Crossing: New Horizions is available exclusively on the Nintendo Switch. If you’d like more details regarding this update (or how to install it), check out the official Nintendo support page.
