Collection Events in Apex Legends are full of premium purchases, but there is the Prize Tracker for players who don’t want to shell out any Apex Coins or Crafting Metals. The Prize Tracker is a non-premium way to earn event rewards through gameplay challenges, such as dealing with certain amounts of damage or even playing a match. That said, for the Raiders Collection Event, the Prize Tracker has not been working right for many players.

The glitch is currently manifesting in two major ways. The most common is that players are still receiving their points post-match, but the rewards are not being given, even when it says they are. Once out of the match summary screen, the Prize Tracker will still be frozen at any given number.

Some players are frozen as late as 3,500 points, while others cannot even make it past 1,000. Personally, I have never missed a Prize Tracker reward since I began playing in 2019, and I am stuck at 2,000 points on the tracker, even though I have completed the event. Hundreds of players across help forums, Reddit and Twitter are also in the same boat.

The second, less common strain of the glitch is that a smaller subset of players is not receiving points at all. It is predicted that these two glitches have the same source, and EA staff is aware the glitch. There has been no word from Respawn, the Apex Legends development team, but according to EA (their publisher), the issue is being looked into, and they will update players when they know more.
