As many of you are aware, the Games with Gold offers are typically announced a few days prior to the start of a new month; however, April 2020, marks the first time since the induction of the program that the titles have been announced one day prior. With COVID-19 wreaking havoc around the world, Microsoft’s Xbox Games with Gold program is probably their least concern. For many stuck in quarantine, gaming has continued to help pass the time and alleviate stress. With many looking for a distraction, Xbox Live gold members started to question what April 2020’s Games with Gold offer might be.

Today, Xbox’s Major Nelson revealed the April 2020 Games with Gold offers. Despite being four free titles, many in the Xbox community feel that the offer is subpar. This feeling is partially due to an exceptional offer in March. While there is still time, Xbox Live Gold members can redeem 3 out of the 4, Games with Gold offers from March. Today is the last day to download Batman: The Enemy Within and Sonic Generations for free. Shantae: Half-Genie Hero will still be available to download until April 15th.

Starting tomorrow, April 1st, Xbox Live Gold members will have the opportunity to download two new titles. Those two new titles are Project CARS 2 and Fable Anniversary. As usual, Project Cars 2 will be free until April 30th, while Fable Anniversary will only be free until April 15th. Then starting on April 16th, Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle & Toybox Turbos for free. Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle is free until May 15th, while Toybox Turbos is free until April 30th.
