Many fans of the Outer Banks Netflix Original series were heartbroken when they found out Madelyn Cline and Chase Stokes broke up a while back, and now it seems the two might never be getting back together…but maybe Stokes found his soulmate.

The two were again spotted together on January 9th at the College Football National Championship Game, which was in Los Angeles. Stokes didn’t share anything more about the friendship or relationship with Ballerini, but she responded to the rumors on Monday, January 16th. “I know, I know, I know,” she said in the clip posted. “Stop reading, stop reading. Stop looking. But what is happening, guys? What? Let’s not do this.” She later showed a screenshot that claimed she’d been “too busy consistently asking out the manager of Soho house nash when she comes in all the time after the last call,” after she shared another screenshot of a DeuxMoi submission. She then also captioned that upload the following: “I’m about to break up with the internet 5 sure.”
