Call of Duty: Vanguard is the latest installment in the Call of Duty franchise. This entry in the series aims to take players back to World War II, bringing new maps, weapons, and Operators for players to enjoy. One option players have loved in recent Call of Duty games is customizable blueprints that allow them to tweak existing weapon modifications to fit their playstyle. Will Custom Blueprints return in Call of Duty Vanguard?
Custom Blueprints are unconfirmed to return for Call of Duty: Vanguard, but players have speculated that a Day One patch in Vanguard could add this feature. In previous iterations of the Call of Duty franchise, players could tweak existing blueprints in their inventory by equipping a gun with the blueprint of their choice and selecting the attachments they wanted.
While custom blueprints are currently unconfirmed, gun blueprints will appear, as evidenced by some of the game’s original blueprints offered for preorders. Some of these blueprints will be exclusive to specific editions of the game. For example, the Breacher, Snowstorm, and Thunderhead weapon blueprints are exclusive to the Ultimate Edition of Call of Duty: Vanguard.
Even if the game doesn’t launch with custom blueprints, players can remain hopeful, as Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War added this feature later. We’ll update this story as it develops.
