Xbox Live Gold members can rejoice! They will be provided with a free download of Assassin’s Creed II available from the 16th of July until the 31st. After you download it, it will be yours to keep.
A couple of days ago Microsoft recieved a lot of criticism by the general public because of releasing “Defense Grid: The Awakening” for free rather than the promised AAA titles like Assassin’s Creed II or Halo 3. “Sorry for the disappointment’ was their response to all the hassle.
