Pre-order incentives for Assassin’s Creed III turned up NeoGaf this morning, originally snagged from Gamestop Germany. As you can tell by the images below, the pre-order explanations are in German, so unless you Sprechen Sie Deutsch you’ll only get a visual cue of what to expect when pre-ordering Assassin’s Creed III from the retailer.
Assassin’s Creed III is currently on track to become Ubisoft’s most pre-ordered game in the publisher’s history. Ubisoft recently announced that Assassin’s Creed III already has 10 times more pre-orders than Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, which had previously ranked as the company’s most sought after title.
“After only three weeks of the game being available for pre-order in North America, Assassin’s Creed III has made history for Ubisoft in North America with reserves for the title being higher than any previous Assassin’s Creed game in the same time period. Assassin’s Creed III has more than 10 times the U.S. pre-order total that Assassin’s Creed Revelations had in the same time period, and the game has already reached Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood’s life-to-date U.S. pre-order total. Assassin’s Creed III is on track to match the life-to-date U.S. pre-order figures for Ubisoft’s previously most pre-ordered game, Assassin’s Creed Revelations, by E3 in June.”
Assassin’s Creed III is the fifth installment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise, and will be available on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii U, and PC this fall.
