Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, the most recent game in the long-running series, is getting a story creator mode. The new mode will allow you to design your own quests in-game and share them with other players to enjoy.
You’ll be able to set objectives, assign NPCs, write your own dialogues, come up with your own quest objectives. Everything you create can be shared with the community, and you will be able to play quests created by other members of the community.
Ubisoft says the tools are very robust, and very closely resemble the tools that they use to develop the game and write the content. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is based in Ancient Greece, and once again follows the historical war between the Assassins and the Templars. After taking a year out of their usual release cycle, Assassin Creed game back strong with the last two games.
If I am honest, I never really fell in love with the series but have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the last two games. Odyssey has had number additional content drops since it launched, adding new quests and content to the game. This is probably one of the best, as it means you can endlessly play new content that is developed by the community.
The Assassin’s Creed Odyssey story creator is available to download now on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
