The Assassin’s Creed: The Rebel Collection, which includes Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed Rogue, releases today on the Switch, and with that Nintendo has unveiled a launch trailer for the collection.

The trailer showcases how both games will run on the Switch. Based on the footage, it is suggesting that both games will run smoothly on the console, despite the fact that the Switch is far less powerful than the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The trailer also reminds viewers that the collection will include all single-player DLC and highlights the use motion of control in the collection by showing that players can aim their guns with the joy cons.

Assassin’s Creed is a series that takes place in an alternate history where a secret guild of assassin’s have played role in many major points in important parts of Earth’s history. Past games have taken place during the American and French Revolution.

Black Flag centers on a Welsh Pirate who travels the Caribbean seas during the 18th century. The pirate eventually gets involved with the Assassins. Ship battling is major gameplay mechanic, as well as traveling to different islands via the sea.

Rogue takes place during the Seven Years’ War. The focus of game is on a former Assassin, who has switched sides to the guild’s nemesis, the Templars. Having been betrayed by the Assassins, the rogue assassin now seeks vengeance and proceed to eliminate everyone who has wronged him.
