The new Siege of Paris DLC is now available to purchase both by itself and in the Season Pass for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Once you get the content installed, you might need help figuring out how to get the DLC started. There are a few requirements that you should know about before trying to pillage the land of Franca. How to Start the Siege of Paris in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
Upon loading into the game, you will want to make sure that you have finished either the Grantebridgescire or Ledecestrescire chapter of the base game before trying to start the DLC. You also need to be at power level 200, much higher than the power level of the previous DLC, Wraith of Druid, with a requirement of 55. If you have done both of these things, then you will receive an in-game message about new characters arriving in Ravensthorpe. Along with this message will come a letter from Randvi telling Eivor about a Norse warrior named Toka, who has built a guesthouse at your settlement.
You will find a mission in your Quest Log entitled “Strangers Bearing Gifts” which will jumpstart the story of the DLC campaign. Return to Ravensthorpe and visit the new buildings there. They can be found on the eastern side of the camp near the Sigrblot Festival grounds. You will find the aforementioned Toka and Pierre. Once you talk to them, you will have the ability to sail to Franca and start the DLC. This can be done immediately or saved for later. That choice is up to you.
